Jessica Tan brings 15 years of real estate development and advisory experience and has a keen understanding and interest in real estate financials. Prior to MURAL, Jessica was most recently with NYSE REIT Cedar Realty Trust managing mixed-use redevelopment of existing shopping center assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Jessica has previously been involved in large mixed-use, retail, health and multifamily developments at Oxford Properties /Investa Commercial Properties in Australia and the ASX listed retail asset owner Vicinity Centers (ASX:VCX). Jessica Tan has also played a vital role in the launch and leadership of a second office location in Sydney for a privately-owned Owner’s Representative and Development Management consulting firm, PDS Group, now known as Deloitte PDS Group, based out of Melbourne, Australia.
