Melanie oversees property management and operations for MURAL Real Estate Partners. Most recently, Melanie was the Director of Mixed-Use Assets for Cedar Realty Trust. In this capacity, she was responsible for the operations of 21 properties located on the Eastern Seaboard equating to 2.8 million SF of retail space. Prior to that role, at Federal Realty Investment Trust, Ms. Ramos managed high-profile, mixed-use assets in the DC metropolitan area. In her 17 years of direct mixed-use real estate experience, she enhances value through first-class management and fostering connections with community leaders throughout her portfolio. She believes solid merchant, resident and tenant relations are key in operating successful properties. Prior to joining Cedar, she managed a portfolio of 37 properties for The Bozzuto Group.
