Demetrius Thorn joined the MURAL team in February 2023 as the Investments Associate. At MURAL, his responsibilities include deal underwriting and deal sourcing for acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining MURAL, Demetrius spent 4 years at Equity Residential as a Senior Investment Analyst working on acquisitions, dispositions, developments, renovations, and asset management. Before his tenure at Equity Residential, Demetrius attended and graduated from The Wharton School as part of the Class of 2019.
